# Diag-Nose.io

> Diag-Nose.io is an Australian precision medicine company mapping the unified airway to deliver AI-powered precision diagnostics and discover life-changing therapies for chronic respiratory disease. Founded in 2020 out of Stanford's EENT Innovation Program. Headquartered in Melbourne, Australia.

Diag-Nose.io is built on the unified airway model — the scientific principle that the nose and lungs are connected through shared immune and inflammatory pathways, meaning nasal biology mirrors lung health. By collecting nasal fluid non-invasively and applying proteomics and machine learning, the company aims to decode the biological signals underlying asthma, chronic sinusitis (chronic rhinosinusitis), and COPD. The goal is not to manage these diseases, but to eliminate them.

**ABEL Microsampler®** — A minimally invasive nasal liquid biopsy device using an absorptive probe, designed for omics-grade sample collection. FDA-listed and ARTG-registered as a Class I medical device for research applications. Not approved in any other jurisdiction. Target users: researchers, clinicians, biobanks, and biotech companies. Availability: 2025 pilot / 2026 launch.

**RhinoMAP** — An investigational precision diagnostics platform combining nasal microsampling, proteomics, and machine learning. Aims to predict disease progression, monitor treatment response, and triage between overlapping conditions. Not approved by the FDA or any regulatory authority for diagnostic or clinical use. Target users: respiratory specialists, otolaryngologists, allergists, biotech companies, researchers. Availability: 2025/26 research pilot → 2027 clinical pilot → 2028 launch.

**NEBULA** — A state-of-the-art respiratory disease database integrating biomarker datasets to identify novel therapeutic targets and optimise drug candidate selection. Investigational. Target users: biotech companies, researchers, pharmaceutical firms. Availability: 2026 pilot / 2027 launch.

**ENBOARD EMS** (actively recruiting) — Evaluation of Nasal Biomarkers for Objective Assessment of Disease Severity, Extended for Multiple Sites. Observational study recruiting 1,200 participants with asthma, chronic sinusitis, COPD, and healthy controls. Sites: The ENT Clinic (VIC), Eastern Health (VIC), Mater Hospital (QLD), Manse Medical (Regional VIC). No drugs administered.

**LUNGS** (upcoming) — Longitudinal study for enhanced understanding and application of nasal fluid samplings. 86 healthy volunteers. Notting Hill, Melbourne. Focuses on how biomarker data varies across sampling frequency and self-collection methods.

**NSCER** (closed) — Nasal Sampling for Clinical Evaluation and Research. Pennsylvania, USA.
